Observation

Licensor observed: Licensor observed both bathrooms and 2 outlets near kitchen sink that were not GFI near water sources and all other outlets in home that were not tamper resistant. All visible outlets also had safety caps in each one, that can pose choke hazard if broken out. Licensor observed slidder door that did not have any stickers to prevent small children from walking into it. Licensor observed a airconditioning unit outdoors on the exit pathway, that can pose a danger to children cutting the fingers as it does not have protective barrier.
